An efficient, fully automatic multi leavening belt machine specially designed to raise the dough balls properly, taking into consideration the precise required duration. This operation runs smoothly enough to eliminate any requirement of observation. This machine is equipped with:   

  • 5.25 meters isolated chamber comprising 7 superimposed continuous layers of high quality conveyors belts, with felt on top, to prevent dough from sticking.
  • These European food grade conveyor belts strictly comply with international hygienic standards and world health organization standards.
  • Sliding and translucent lateral Plexiglas covers to preserve the needed heat and to allow the visible supervision during leavening process.
  • Leavener capacity 250 dough pieces.
  • All mechanical parts are covered with 304 stainelss steel plates for safety purposes and to maintain and ensure long viability.
  • Required Leavening duration ranges from 10 to 20 minutes.
  • Production speed is controlled electronically via Frequency inverter.
  • Speed of First Leavener is displayed digitally.
  • Controls are located in the electrical control panel of the divider. Their function is to control the fermentation and speed of production.
  • Automatically transports raised dough balls into Dough Flattener.
