An economical and durable machine that is designed to bake raised sheets into properly baked bread ready for consumption. It endures high temperature that ranges between 400 to 600 degrees. This machine is equipped with:

 

  • Two Gas or two diesel burners depending on customer’s request allows baking process.
  • Micro Switch that will automatically shut down the burner once it is pulled out for gas version only.
  • The frame is made up of heavy duty steel covered with 304 stainless steel sheets to give it an ideal look.
  • Baking chamber is made up of thermal bricks, its semi circled form is designed to distribute heat in an orderly way to get the best baking results.
  • Insulated from all sides with rock wool to preserve heat and to save its consumption.
  • All mechanical parts are covered with 304 stainless steel plates for safety purposes and to maintain and ensure long viability.
  • Tempretaure of oven is displayed digitally.
  • Chains, plates speed and oven temperature, are appropriately measured to quickly develop the loaves and turn them into Tannour bread.
  • Baking Duration ranges from 40 to 60 seconds.   
  • Production speed and baking time are controlled electronically via Frequency inverter.   
  • Speed of Tunnel Oven is displayed digitally.
  • Moveable control panel to systemize and operate the machine
  • Automatically transports baked bread into Cooling Conveyor.
