An innovative fully automatic two row machine specially designed to cut consecutively the dough placed in the hopper into flattened dough balls. The variable size and weight of dough balls are obtained very accurately. This machine is equipped with:

  • 304 Stainless Steel Conical rotary Hopper with a special system to prevents dough from sticking to its sides. Hopper dough capacity is 85 kg.
  • Aluminum basin and aluminum spiral utilized to round the dough, whether hard or soft, remove air bubbles and push the dough through the nozzle prior to cutting it.
  • Electro Pneumatic technique activates the stainless steel blade to consecutively cut the dough into flattened balls having accurate size and weight.
  • Two Dough outlets with substitution rings to adjust and control the variable size of dough.
  • Electronic Sensors exploited to adjust and control dough weight that ranges from 50 to 200gr. The selection of dough weight can be easily done manually via marked grip.
  • Stainless Steel Bolter that sprinkles flour with pressing unit to press the dough balls, which will be safely transformed by belt into the leavener chamber.
  • Counter that displays number of dough pieces that are being cut.
  • Production speed is controlled electronically via Frequency inverter
  • Speed of divider is displayed digitally.
  • Production capacity ranges from 4000-5000 loaves per hour.
  • All mechanical parts are covered with 304 stainless steel plates for safety purposes and to maintain and ensure long viability.
  • Moveable electrical control panel to systemize and operate the machine.
  • Automatic transport of dough balls into the First Leavening Machine.

Cleaning of dough residuals is very easy, but this must be applied on daily basis at the end of a working day! The dough hopper opens upwards via air pistons and raises the two dough outlets simultaneously with it, also the aluminum spiral can be removed to be cleansed thus facilitating the cleaning of basin.
