Systematic, fully automatic multi final leavening belt machine specially designed to raise the dough sheets properly, taking into consideration the precise required duration. This operation runs smoothly enough to eliminate any requirement of observation. This machine is equipped with:

  • 6 meters isolated chamber comprising 11 superimposed continuous layers of best quality European food grade conveyor belts, These European food grade conveyor belts strictly comply with international hygienic standards and world health organization standards.
  • Sliding and translucent lateral Plexiglas covers to preserve the needed heat and to allow the visible supervision during leavening process.
  • Leavener capacity 300 dough sheets.
  • Required Leavening duration is from 10 to 20 minutes.
  • All mechanical parts are covered with 304 stainelss steel plates for safety purposes and to maintain and ensure long viability.
  • Production speed is controlled electronically via Frequency inverter.
  • Speed of Second leavener is displayed digitally.
  • Controls are located in the electrical control panel of the flattener. Their function is to control the fermentation and speed of production.
  • Automatically transports raised dough sheets into Tunnel Oven.
